The Clean & Calm Hot Cloth Cleanser is a unique balm cleanser; coconut oil and shea butter based and packed with botanicals including lavender and eucalyptus. An exceptional multi-functional cleanser that deep cleanses, balances the skin oils, soothes and moisturises the skin with the added benefit of anti-ageing and skin replenishing properties.
It removes all make-up, including waterproof eye make-up. Lifting dirt gently from the pores, leaving the skin deep cleansed, calm, moisturised and glowing. Please note this cleanser does not contain petroleum based oils, chemicals to emulsify and is a completely natural product.

How to Use
A little goes a very long way. Using the spatula provided take a small amount of the cleanser and warm in the palms of the hand. Massage outward and upward in circular motion over the eyes and face using fingertips. Rinse out muslin cloth (supplied) in hot water and lay over the face for a few moments to warm the skin and open the pores. Repeat. Splash the face with warm water or cold water. Can be used as a cleansing face mask, will help to balance the skin and help to relieve blemishes caused by excessive oiliness.
Coconut Oil This oil has a multitude of benefits to the skin. It is an antioxidant, moisturising, anti-wrinkle and anti-sagging effect.
Shea Butter Shea has exceptional healing properties on the skin. It contains naturally occurring vitamin A and helps to improve blemishes, wrinkles, dermatitis and eczema and psoriasis conditions.
Castor Oil This oil comes from the castor nut and is a very good natural cleanser.
Camellia Oil This oil is helps to revitalise the skin and give it radiance. It is a very good cleanser removing make-up and impurities deep in the pores.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
